Coach Kisi: Fitness Coach

Studied Kinesiology with a focus in Physical Education at Cal State East Bay

- 10 years of experience as a tennis instructor and summer camp coordinator

- competed in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA)

-  Organizer of the Slow Hikers Club, group hikes ranging from 3–6 miles

-  Teaches kids’ martial arts with a focus on progressive skill-building and running kids through obstacles courses

She continues to stay active by playing in adult softball leagues, participating in Spartan runs, tennis, hiking, pickleball, and working out within The Premise.

Training approach centers on:

    •Agility, functionality, strength, & conditioning

Coach Kisi is passionate about creating an environment that is fun, safe, open, and motivating, helping people of all ages discover joy in movement while reaching their goals.
